We guarantee that you will always find our lowest rates here on our own website.

If you, against all odds, should find a cheaper rate on another website within 24 hours we will, once we verify your claim, offer you the lower rate and an additional 10 % discount on the rate and a surprise gift will be waiting for you in your room when you arrive.

These are the applicable terms and conditions.

1. The reservation must be done directly from our website.

2. You have to find a cheaper accommodation on another website within 24 hours, for the same hotel, room type, number of persons, arrival date, departure date and with the same booking conditions (method of payment etc.)

3. We have to receive your written claim form for the price warranty within 24 hours from the time when your reservation was made and no later than 72 hours before arrival.

4. The guarantee does not apply for reservations/rates that are not available to the general public such as negotiated rates for travel agents and companies, group and conference rates or when the name of the hotel is not confirmed until after the reservation is made.

2. Confirmation number for the reservation you made on Le Robinie hotel webpage.

3. Contact information so that we can reach you, either mail address and telephone number.
